"We were very pleased with the service from before our arrival; all our questions were answered, the check-in process was quick, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, and close to several markets, restaurants, and shopping centers. Located near everything in London, next to the subway station. During our stay, the staff were always available and responsive when we needed them."

"Ceiling leaked water when AC was turned on. Washer would not work. Move out instructions required we take trash to a trash bin in a neighboring location behind a locked gate but the card key would not open the gate. Light carpet looks dirty. Only 2 true beds. The other two are sofabeds."

The host company promptly billed their refundable deposit, but six weeks after checking out, I had to call to follow up. My advice to future guests: monitor your credit card statements carefully, as the refund process might not be reliable."

Servicen var okay, da de var venlige og rare (for det meste). Vi ville bestille noget mad gennem roomservice en aften og fik af vide, at vi hellere bare skulle bestille en pizza, da der ikke rigtig var nogen, der ville lave maden på tidspunktet. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse..."
