It's only lacking a kettle, but hot water can be provided from the coffee machine on the ground floor. The room was incredibly spotless very well presented with a very nice shower room and toilet The only issue is that the walls are quite thin we had a triple room with a double bed and a bunk bed over the top and it was suitable for our needs and you don't really need much more.
