"I was somewhat disappointed with the hotel . First there is a problem with the hotel bill; there is an overcharge for parking. This seems to be getting resolved. Despite asking 2 times, it was impossible to adjust the room temperature; it was 22-24 C which is too hot to sleep. We asked for products to clean the dishes (we had a small kitchenette); the only thing provided was soap, no dish towel or scrubber. We left the dirty dishes outside the door and these were not picked for 2 days."
