"Our stay was amazing! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful- always so kinda and made an effort to know us. Loved the pool side music. Clean rooms, safe area and pizza night was so fun! They even had gluten free for me which was so nice and it tasted great! I would definitely go back. I would just get a bigger room for our family- it was a bit tight for us 3"

We asked for a refund or credit and the hotel has declined the request. Even though it was a case of emergency, we had the pronto soccorso paperwork to prove it, the stuff I talked to several times over the phone gave us the same answer every time :They never give refund exceptionally only in case of death.
