"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family! The experience was even better thanks to Alberto at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. His outstanding customer service made a real difference and made our family feel truly appreciated. We truly appreciate his hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again!"

"The hotel was one block away from the capital one arena which was perfect. Very nice bar in the basement. Room was just really small but the value was there being in DC and right around the corner from the event. Staff was very nice at the desk, bar and valet."

"Very nice hotel but cost of Parking is too expensive."

"Great location"

"We were only at the Hyatt for one night and did not use any of the amenities. The facility was nice, and the staff was especially welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the huge TV in our small room (302) which made it necessary to be quite careful when going around the corner to the bathroom. The corner of the TV was even with the edge of the wall which made it very easy to run into. Seems like a smaller TV would have been quite adequate and safer for guests."

"This hotel is the best. Great service, clean, and extremely decent breakfast!"

"Excelente ubicación y servicio."
