"We really enjoyed our stay here! The grounds and the pools were always very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms in the rooms could use and update but it’s a great location right on a beach that’s very close to town and dimmable beaches. It was a great base camp for our stay!"

"The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. "

"Great location. Easy walk to to Medano beach as well as downtown. Rooms and property are kept pretty clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful."

"I get to Cabo and rent a car and a navigation. I enter the given address and it takes me to the middle of town. I ask several locals where this place was at and none knew. I had a phone number so I tried to call but not a working number. I ask a guy working a tourist booth to call and again not a working number. I let Expedia know what happened and so far they will not help me either. Stay tuned for more info as this fiasco unravels."

"Terra Sol is in a great location, but the property is very old, worn out, and dated. It is fine place to stay if you aren't going to be at the hotel much, but the pool is too cold, the air conditioner didn't work right, and the place hasn't been remodeled or repairs in 30 years."
