"The breakfast restaurant staff was awesome, as well as most of the front desk. Unfortunately, the first person we encountered seemed bothered by a request to see if we could get aroom earlier. We arrived very early and understood that it was a long shot. However when we came back several hours later and asked if any update. We received a snarky remark that it would be ready at 3.
