"Nice large space with clean vinyl flooring & relaxing bed. The air conditioner keep us comfortable although we would have liked it quieter when it was cooling the room. Reception & breakfast staff were friendly & helpful. Didn't use the exercise facility, pool or wifi thus the lower rating which doesn't imply a shortfall in any way. Stayed here many times & will return."

"I love Residence Inns and the Residence Inn in Chico followed suit with all of the other fabulous Residence Inns I've stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and at breakfast, that was also wonderful and so many options, there was a sign saying ask about their gluten free items. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and packed me up a whole box of gluten free goodies to take! The room was also great, spacious and nice. The pool was wonderful, too!...
