"The angel hotel was perfect for a short stay!"

"Fabulous stay, The restaurant team were phenomenal ensuring that we ate well despite desite allergies that could result in anaphylaxis. Highly recommend.. We only dropped off and picked up at the hotel which is fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The room had a strong smell of body odour and I could hear everything from the room next door."

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"Amazing"

"Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon."

"Exceptional staff and beautiful surroundings- a very comfortable place to stay . The doggies were made to feel very welcome too ."

"Staff were not very hospitable"

"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."

"Helpful staff Very clean room Excellent reasonable priced breakfast"

"Posizione eccellente perché situata tra il front bar out e old town. Locali e ristoranti adiacenti all'hotel e due parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze"

"O staff foi incrivel, mas o modelo de negocio da EasyHotel nao é para meu perfil. Como fomos com família, o hotel não comporta este modelo. Ele é para quem precisa dormir uma noite e ir embora, pois os quartos são apertados, sem sequer mesa para apoiar, nem limpeza diária (a nao ser que fique mais que 6 noites, o que para mim é impossível naquele tamanho de quarto)."

"The room was clean, the location was fantastic. The room was large with nice views if you're on a high floor. The shower is very large and the bedding and towels were all clean. The bed mattress was firm but comfortable, however there could be more pillows A few things that were odd was the way to get in. You have to call a number to enter the hotel, and to access/buy a drink at the reception desk. Thankfully, the call will be answered swiftly. There was a leak in the bathroom of which we were...

"Very clean and new"

"Rooms need to be deep cleaned. I have stayed here for a few visits now and say the same thing. Please deep clean a room each week and the place would look amazing."

"Rooms are large. Lots of parking, bus stop outside to get into city centre. Good breakfast choices, comfy beds."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned as a base for the caves and mill. The rooms are clean and the staff helpful. Catering is a little quirky as the restaurant can't accommodate large numbers wanting to eat at the same time. We had an issue with a booking for dinner which they then could not honour, so we had to call in a pizza when already late, and then our pre-booked breakfast could not be accommodated without negotiation upon which we were given half an hour for a family of 4. It was fine and...

"Ample parking on site. The room was clean but in need of a redecoration. Beds were a bit 'squeaky'. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful."
