"Fair option for what you pay for a hotel that is easily accessible to Ximen station, and walkable distance to the heart of Ximending. Not my first time to stay in this hotel, can see that as times goes by room conditions are quite worn out especially for the toilet. Got a brokern shower head which the floor will eventually all wet everytime you showered. Overall is good especially for the location."

"Cleanliness is top notch, we feel so comfortable being in the room. But sound proofing is poor, we got woken up every night when next door came back and close the door, also when there is someone talking in the hallway it feels like they are just next to us, we can hear everything. "

"The Elite room with Queen bed was super comfortable. The shower pressure is very good and happy that there is a Toto Washlet. The icing on the cake is a nanobubble bath that leaves your skin feeling supple and clean. I stayed at 3003 and had zero noise issue when I went to bed at 10pm, either from neighbours or the street."

"I like this hotel as in the space of the room, the friendly staff and the location is the selling point. However, i feel they could do better with the shower facility. There isnt a shower screen, meaning the toilet is always wet. I really hope they could rectify this"

"So well located and convenient, 3 blocks from Taoyuan MRT station entrance, to and from the airport is less than 65 minutes. Room is well-maintained, clean, comfortable with unlimited snacks, noodles and teas,drinks. Good sized bathroom and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby and MRT stations so near. What a perfect location and stay overall. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Lobby is huge and lots of space for meetings and conf calls. Will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. We reserved three separate rooms to accommodate our big family. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mother had trouble standing for a long time while waiting for ride and they were kind enough to bring her a chair to sit at the lobby. They give us a separate room for takeout dinner when we ate in. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The place may be a little small. However, the location is very central and convenient. The provided breakfast is unexpectedly outstanding. They even open the restaurant space the rest of the day for customers to use with their own food. The staff are very friendly, especially those taking care of the catering services, noticeably the team Kevin, Winnie and Vicky. We enjoyed our stay, though we struggled a little to get the chargers working on the room sockets. Overall, very good value."
