It is urgent to have a chest of drawers in the room. I need pitch dark to sleep, imposible to have it because the dim light and i was unable to turn it off. Location was great! close to 7-11 and metro station.

The room we stayed was quite comfortable. We like the bed and the pillows. However there was not enough chairs to sit and the table was rather small to put our things. We could hear door slams from the surrounding units which was quite a shock at times.

Very accommodating staff - requested non carpet room and they have obliged the following times I’ve asked for it. However the non carpeted rooms are only on the fourth floor. Wish they would also bring back the breakfast - it was good when it lasted. Very convenient location however the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors quite clearly.

⸻ “Staff were helpful and friendly, and the robot that delivers items to your room was a nice touch. However, there were some issues that impacted my stay. There was no soap by the wash basin, which meant I had to bring the shower soap over each time I wanted to wash my hands—very inconvenient. More seriously, I experienced bug bites during my stay, which has me concerned there may have been bed bugs. Out of caution, I canceled my reservation for my return trip. I hope the hotel looks into it thoroughly, as this could really affect other guests.”

The hotel is well maintained for a smoke free property. It is just near to the XingTian Temple MRT station. What spoilt my stay was from Jan 23 to 31 2024 was some tenants were actually smoking next to my room. After my complaint, the staff switched my room from 3C to 8D. Beware those given rooms on the lower floors. Suggest that tenants sign a no smoking pledge before getting their room keys. If anyone smokes, the assigned room electricity and water supplies will be cut off as per agreement. I hope management seriously look into the matter as the Check Inn reputation will be impacted greatly if nothing is done.

It’s a great value hotel. The rooms are smaller and my room was directly facing the office building next door so it was hard to open the blinds. The room was relatively clean with the exception of the carpet, which had many stains and looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned or replaced in years. The breakfast buffet I included with the room was better than expected and had a decent variety. Be warned if you’re sensitive to noise. The walls are paper thin, enough to be able hear what the people in the next room are talking about. I’m referring to people talking in normal voice, not yelling. That means you can also hear everything else that going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallways including people’s private activities!! They do provide you with earplugs in the room but it’s not enough. I would recommend finding another hotel if you’re a sensitive sleeper, want more privacy and soundproof rooms.

I had the supreme double room. The view was exactly as advertised of the city view except one side was facing directly an office. There isn’t much around the area but it’s right next to the MRT so it’s convenient for travel. I did notice there was some garbage underneath the bed on my second last day which makes me wonder if the room was actually thoroughly cleaned.
