"The water in the shower was either cold or scalding it was hard to find a balance. I could smell the guests in the next room smoking an illegal substance. The staff were all very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket they brought us one fresh from the laundry and still warm. We did not get a chance to use the pool or gym. The breakfast cost way too much and we didnt have it. I was having surgery at the hospital close by early that morning and my daughter just waited and ate at the...

"Understaffed at the desk for check in. The walk to the baseball stadium was good, well lighted and crossing the street was easy thanks to the local police guards, The breakfast was good. I will return on future trips."

"I would have given this a better rating except for the curtains. There are only small curtains on either side of the window. So, you couldn't close the heavy curtains at night. There was only the sheer curtains to block the window. This allowed a lot of light to enter the room at night which wasn't ideal for sleeping."
