"The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we came in. The rooms were good, there just was a couple of issues. The T.V in my room didn’t work on the first day we were there, but they fixed it the next day. The TV in my dad’s room didn’t work and that wasn’t fixed, a long With a light in the bathroom which also didn’t work for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was really nice, though there was cereals, yoghurt, toast and croissants along with juice and then no is the option...

"The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. I did not enjoy the breakfast. Bacon undercooked. Would have preferred grilled tomatoes rather than tinned. Otherwise stay was okay."

"What a beautiful property so perfect in every aspect, breakfast at the Eskimo Arms Inn across the street was great. Location was amazing just park the car and everything including the castle is at your door step. Our only mistake was only booking one night!"

"2nd time visiting this hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. Forgot to ask what air fresheners they use. We stayed in room 108. Room was spacious, and bathroom amazing. We had a round bath which was huge and walk in shower. The views from room are amazing. We never had breakfast but did have dinner one night and food was gorgeous, definitely eat there...

"Property in a good location, very close to the pier and promenade. Although not facing the sea front you could see it when sat outside the front of the property. Short walk to the main street and the Tram to the Orme. Parking not guaranteed outside the property but Sue the owner does her best to accommodate. We always reserve our car parking at the train station and walk to the accomodation."

"Leena and her son are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need. The breakfast is cooked to order and there’s lots of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again when we next visit Llandudno"

"部屋の床にお菓子の食べこぼしのようなものがたくさん落ちていて、フロントに言うとすぐに掃除してくれました。別の日に部屋の清掃を頼んでいましたが、部屋に戻るときちんと畳まれていないタオルが置かれていて、使用済みなのか新しいものかはっきりしませんでした。ベッドメイクもされておらず、ゴミ箱は空でしたがゴミ袋はデスクの上に置かれたままで、自分でセッティングしろということですかね。立地は便利で特に他は問題ないですが、清掃の概念が違いすぎて驚きました。"
