A previous review had mentioned a musty smell and the owner has maybe gone overboard to correct it - 4 incense stick holders and 2 scent things did make our allergies flare a bit but we were able to move them outside whilst we were there. Great location in Maida Vale close to the tube and its shops/restaurants and in a nice residential...

"On arrival met by very friendly staff. Went straight to my room (6th floor- no lift) on arrival nice large room basic furniture and a sink A double bed (requested) and a single. Shower and toilet same floor couple Mt's away. Comfy bed. I didn't have breakfast on offer till 9am. Great location...quite....and very good value for money!! I will be back and will request lower floor!"
