"Our room was large and spacious as requested. Everything was clean and cozy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was overall in great shape considering its age , location and continual use. The only issue was for Chi marathon weekend only one elevator was working which caused a huge issue trying to go up to your room or down to the lobby. At one point I waited over 10 minutes to get down to the lobby from the 7th floor. That was a hassle."

"Nice to have a full kitchen, but it was scarcely stocked. The breakfast was included but the starting time was somewhat late (7am), and it should have had oatmeal as an option. The construction noise wasn’t too bad and glad to see they are shutting down completely to finish the remodel. This facility was an overall letdown compared to other Sonestas we’ve stayed at."

"Very good service. Airport shuttle is excellent — came quickly to pick me up at the airport and waited for me when I couldn’t find them. Easy web interface to schedule shuttle. Rooms are big. Outside the rooms, the property is a little run down."
