"The room was clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, the room was extremely small. I was glad I was travelling alone, as there would not have been enough space for two people to move around comfortably. I stayed in room 401, which is described as an accessible room, but the limited space surprised me. At almost £300 for the night, I did not feel the room offered good value for money. Breakfast smelled lovely, but...

"The room was lovely, the staff were great and the view was amazing! Only downside, the lift broke on our third day there and walking up 5 flights of stairs and back down with our luggage was unfortunate."

"The room was very tired, furniture and fitting all warped and chipped, as were floor & net curtains. Bathroom like a big portaloo that moves and has no vent for steam. No plugs next to bed, given a long extension for kettle, complete trip hazzard. Nowhere to hang towels or coats. Sound proof to neighbouring rooms bad. Will not use Ibis again."
