"I didnt attend this hotel in the end due to a sudden death within the family I reached out the hotel 5 days in advance with the hope of a change of date or partial refund. I was refused I was offered a change in date I was told I had to use by end of april yet my initial stay was going to be 29th to 30th April. Im extremely disappointed in the service"

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel largely part to it's location. Perfect for exploring the area and hiking Ben Nevis, The breakfast was a standout. With plenty of options and a great start to each day, The staff was friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and mad us feel welcome. The hotel itself could benefit from some updating. They might have already begun to do so as our bathroom was refreshed and new but the rest of the room was quite dated but clean."

"Got there. Run down, no signs, no office, tried to call…. no answer, emailed inquiry….no response. Left and luckily found a place at Loch ness Inn! Go there instead! "

"First assigned room was undergoing maintenance. Door was open and bed was covered with construction debris. Although I had paid for a deluxe loch view room, the second room had a window so cloudy we could barely see out of it. Room was tiny. Not the159 square feet advertised. Ceiling panel was hanging down and water stains on the ceiling. Don’t accept room 3 if you decide to stay here. At that point we were just too travel weary and accepted what we were given. "Bei uns hat alles perfekt funktioniert - vom Einchecken, bis zum Auschecken, alles völlig unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt und Kleinigkeiten zu Begrüßung waren vorhanden. Lage und Ausblick perfekt."
