Reception staff was great on arrival lste friday night very accommodating and top customer service ,but thats where it ended room had sick stains on the floor,used shampoo still in shower ,bed base was coming away ,black marks on the walls .not good enough these days even tho the cost was well above its station

Stayed for 2 nights midweek. Good friendly welcome. Easy check in. Decent sized room with plenty coffee/tea facilities. Comfortable bed. Restaurant next door for breakfast, lunch etc 20% discount on gondola. Would return and recommend.
