"The best part of this resort is its staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. The location is perfect. It is so close to so many different things (right next to the Diamanté Eco Park). The scenery is breathtaking. I read some reviews prior to traveling and was a bit concerned about what we would find. The resort is a bit outdated. The rooms could definitely use a refresh. Any issues we had (mini fridge was not working, additional towels, etc) were taken care of...

"Great place to stay before or after air travel or whatever brings you to Liberia. Guanacaste can be very hot and traveling takes a lot out of you. It’s nice to stay somewhere so clean and comfortable and well air conditioned before continuing on for further travels. The hotel bar/restaurant is quite good. We ended up spending several hours there enjoying the food and drinks. "

"Nice hotel, they upgraded our family of 5 which was very nice! The pool was nice and large. There was happy hour onsite from 4-6:30pm which was nica and free breakfast. The beach was across a small street but easy to reach on foot. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff warm and friendly. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable and were hard to sleep on. We also wished there were things to do in the evenings as it got dark out early. The vendors out on the beach weren’t too pushy about buying their items, but it would have been nice if they weren’t there. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay. Relaxing, quiet, nice."

"We had the room. We could see and hear the ocean from our room, which was peaceful and beautiful. The hotel didn't have a pool but the ocean was 20 steps away. The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The AC worked very well. The bathroom was tiny but functional. It was definitely my favorite hotel during my trip. "

"The room wasn’t very clean, there was some garbage still I’m guessing when they cleaned didn’t sweep good or mopped. The sink had a drain strain and was dirty and it grossed me out because the water wouldn’t fully go down quickly. I didn’t even have a view through the window, it was high and covered with a lining so you couldn’t look outside. outside my room was an ugly area with a pile of dirt and black drapes, like they maybe remodeling or adding to the hotel.
