"I only stay at this hotel when I’m in Christchurch. Make sure you book a premium room on the 6th floor so you have a good amount of space and natural light. The location can’t be beaten - right in the shops, but it’s very quiet in the room. They have great barista coffee and food too, but equally there are so many great cafes nearby. They do charge for a late checkout but otherwise it’s an excellent hotel."

"The property was close to the Airport and to our families. The room was warm and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the meal was very good. Close to the places we were wanting to visit. Staff very good."

"Staff were fantastic - all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed, box big shower and a bar fridge with milk. Nice view over Hereford st. No pool. Breakfast was paid extra and had a decent selection of cooked options, toast, pastries, yoghurt, juice etc. Egg was bland, but common in buffet style breakfasts in hotels. Hashbrowns were good."
