"Exceptional exceptional front desk service. Taleicha went out of her way to make sure my first stay won’t be my last stay! I like the spin the wheel option to get extra Marriott points. The dining experience was great. The 24 hour snack and beverage vending machine is a bonus as well as the gift shop. The only thing I had a problem with was my heat didn’t stay on and my ice machine on my floor wasn’t working (6th floor) but I just went to another floor. I do think they can get a slightly more...

"Staff was very friendly and location had a lot of dining options. It was walkable to the national mall and Smithsonian museums if you are willing to walk 30 minutes. Also a 30 minute walk to the river walk area which was nice. We did not use our car at all. A/C in the room was noisy and not the best and we could hear people in the hallway but overall a great place for a good price."

"My family stayed here during spring break. Although there were tons of teenagers they for the most part were respectful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was tasty and convenient. There is a grocery store at the end of the block and is less than 2 blocks away from the Metro. "

"The staff was very young but nice and polite. The hotel room was very clean and modern. The hotel itself was showed a lot of age inside (hallways, check in area, etc.). There were also a few sketchy people hanging around outside. It didn't look good. It gave off a "vibe" that wasn't good for first time guests. However I can say I never felt threatened or scared."
