"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!!!! More than I think ever in an hotel. Everything was great!! Had a bite to eat for dinner and for breakfast. Didn’t have to go out. There was a steady pace of people coming in however found it pretty quiet."

"The room was unique in design and very efficient to use. Food service was one the cleanest we've seen in a long time and the menu was refreshing: instead of those "sort-of" scrambled eggs, the menu had an egg, mushroom, spinach breakfast quiche; vegetable patties instead of sausage was a nice variation. And, of course the coffee was just right. The desk staff was gracious and efficient, had everything ready to sign in. Everything was super clean: the hallways, the elevators, the sitting area by the pool, the exercise equipment."

"Tiara, who helped service and organize the breakfast bar, was absolutely amazing! She treated my family with so much care and hospitality. We were rushing out for soccer games each morning, and seeing her first thing truly made our hectic mornings feel pleasant and welcoming. Her kindness and positive energy did not go unnoticed. I do wish the front desk clerk had shown a little more energy and warmth when greeting guests during check-in. The hotel itself was perfect for my family size, which we really appreciated. However, I did notice the room was a little dusty, one of the plates in the cabinet was not fully cleaned, and we found a glass still inside the dishwasher. The kitchen and bathroom sink drains also could have been scrubbed a bit more thoroughly. Other than those minor issues, we truly had no major complaints and enjoyed our stay overall."
