"Overall it was a fabulous experience the only thing which held it back was cleanliness. For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."

"Pleasant stay with waterfront view. Walking distance to CN tower, aquarium, and restaurants. Lots of people walking and exercising on the waterfront so felt safe walking around. Nothing fancy in terms of amenities, but was clean and comfortable, and staff was nice and helpful. "

"Stayed here 2 nights while in Ontario for a wedding ! This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for sure . Very very clean staff were awesome always going above and beyond could not ask for better !!! Breakfast was great to a big selection and free coffee all day ! Thanks guys you made our stay special . "The rooms are tiny (although the deluxe King is okay, the size of a regular room anywhere else), but the price is good for downtown and it is incredibly conveniently located, right on the subway and walkable to Union Station, the conference centre, Rogers Centre, etc. Be prepared for a dark room with a view of a brick wall though."
