"Hotel was nice, convenient. Staff was okay up until our last day. We checked out addressed an issue and both front desk clerk and security were not a bit concerned or apologetic about the situation. "

"Loved the hotel but was extremely upset because they would not pick us up at the airport even after me calling before I made reservations and the day before I flew to Dallas. They had a shuttle to and from the airport but refused us service at 9:00 pm from airport and shuttle ran until 11:00 pm. "

"The front desk clerk was very helpful; I had a very trying day and got there late. He helped me with my room service and they had forgotten my drink and he did the extra trip for me; at my age and it being late I really appreciate that. Thank you!!"

"Wonderful experience; started with friendly check in Staff who explained the amenities of this location. Room clean, beds comfortable, overall room was larger than expected. Pool was clean; we enjoyed swimming there. The breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal , yogurt etc; coffee tea juice. This area has multiple restaurants and shops. It was quiet and very well lit at night. 14-15 mins from event we were attending. We would definitely stay again and recommend to...
