"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"In terms of an overnight stay, this hotel was the equivalent of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at - good value for money but the service we received was far from satisfactory and well below what we would have expected from Ibis. During the evening we were phoned from Reception and asked if we would return the bottle-opener we had borrowed. Naturally I assumed this was a genuine mistake and simply said we hadn't borrowed one. "Oh dear. Business stop and I am glad I was in and early out. Sadly, had to phone call when arriving for the tired receptionist. A quite tired and badly located place and really expensive for what it was. I was booked for the return trip but cancelled it as soon as a got in my room. "

"Owner operator was very pleasant. The hotel was dated but clean. The recommendation on the restaurant was not a very good one. Other than that it was fine for the price the bed was comfortable and I did like the pillows."
