"clean, beautiful, phenomenal staff, multi languages for communication, ease of access"

"Great hotel, had security and attentive staff. Breakfast included fresh fruit, breads, porridge and fresh orange juice. Room was quite spacious with large bathroom. Plaza Grande and historic area is 15 min taxi ride away. Local area was unsafe at night; staff insisted on taxi rides to go anywhere after dark."

"Great place, great service , comfortable"

"Lovely ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location."

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to...

"Great staff and clean room"

"A well hidden gem. Lots of character in this delightful hotel with an interior courtyard, steps away from historic Quito. Excellent value. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff, environmentally friendly hotel."

"Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel...

"Hermoso"

"Everything was great except for the electronic key for the elevator which didn't work and the keypad at the door was fickle and very annoying. That's why it's only four stars"

"The room was so cute. Great location. Staff are super helpful. We have stayed here twice and would stay again."

"The hotel is an impressive historic building in a good location and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again"
