"It was an overall average stay, good shopping around hotel. Service was friendly, we got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was nice but a bit dated with the room style and washroom layout, still using a metal key to open the door. The king bed was nice and wide! Things I didn’t like was a lingering sewage type smell from the washroom, toilet flush noise was quite loud and took a while to fill the tank. "

"The room was a little tight for 5 (2A 3K), but we made it work by pushing the beds together and had one sleep on the floor on an air mattress we brought. The views were great, the hotel was clean and new, there were several great local food shops around the corner along with a laundromat (they have on sight guest laundry, but it was always busy), the peace memorial park and related sights were in walking distance. "Awesome location for visiting the historical sites such as the Peace Museum, park grounds and A-Bomb Dome. We were a little disappointed that for a triple room, it was very compact and the cleaning could have been improved on. Because the beds were squished in so much, it would have been challenging to vacuum effectively and it showed. The layout of the room was odd as well, with the sink for the bathroom located in the room itself, making it difficult to get to when there was no other space...

"We enjoyed our first night so much that we extended it for another night. The room was large and quiet. Nice lighting, separate toilet area and the bathtub was lovely. Located on a main road, easy to find, convenience store right next door and so many food options nearby. We recommend going to Momo’s for some of the best fire crusted pizza and scrumptious pasta. Within walking distance (20-30 mins) from the bomb dome and museum. Quick walk to the tram to get to the museum and/or the train...

"Spacious room! Reception is on the top floor, where the common area and rooftop are. Check out their schedule for the common area as every few hours they offer something! I was able to get snacks with tea or coffee and then they did offer a happy hour with drinks, in the evening they had ochazuke (rice and soup) which was delightful and you can sit on rooftop while eating and drinking.
