"This was a good hotel - beds were comfy & washroom was clean. Room was a good size too. Breakfast was ok, lots of savoury options.
The only thing missing for me was a personal touch - the staff were efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Everything is self service including check-in/check-out.
Hiroshima itself is fabulous & well worth a visit! "

"朝食の種類が豊富で、どの料理もおいしかったです。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、広くはないですが温泉もあり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
繁華街にも近く、利便性もよく、野球観戦時にはまた利用したいと思いました。"

"Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by."

"What a stunning hotel... after staying here we wanted to only stay in Hotel Vistas in the rest of our trip! This is such a well located hotel, with small but incredibly well-designed and decorated spaces. "Unfortunately I was very sick the entire stay so i never left the room! Its been a peaceful time to heal but i apologize to anyone near our room who had to endure my coughing fits. The staff is very attentive. We like the JR hotels very much. Beds are nice. I was able to secure non- feather pillows and a blanket vs duvet since I am allergic. We are on a long journey and have stayed at 2 JR hotels thus far. My favorite featire is the ability to see when washing machines are available or not on...
