Great location within easy walking distance to historic sights and shopping areas. Public transport stops close by. Room size typical of Japanese standards but as usual very good facilities. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, I’ve never seen so much choice.

Great hotel, very friendly concierge, check in was a breeze. Rooms are very well equipped, with free toiletries changed daily, extra towels and robes. We were even provided phone chargers. Intuitive spacious rooms compared to tokyo or osaka. Only 10min walk to good food, shopping and peace memorial park. Best of all, staff is kind and patient - made an error on my end on booking dates but accommodated me the day I arrived

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. It was close to the Peace Park and lots of shopping and restaurants. The room and hotel were very clean and the breakfast was incredible with lots of choices. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The beds are not comfortable, only one cheap/flat pillow. The sheets and towels would be of the quality you would find in a prison. Check out is at 10 am , if you ask for an hour later they want 2300 yen. The breakfast buffet is forgettable. On the positive side it's within an easy walking distance to Hiroshimas' main attractions and there a huge amount of restaurants nearby.

Great stay to explore Hiroshima. Hotel was clean and had all amenities needed. Staff friendly and approachable. Check in easy. Breakfast was really lovely - a mixture of options and friendly service too. Short walk to the museum and peace gardens and plenty of nearby busses/trams to other tourist spots locally - really recommend taking a trip to Miyajima island if you can fit it in

Clean, comfortable room in a local area. Met my needs at a right price. Rooms are small es expected for this price range. I would have liked regular black tea as well as the Japanese tea. The rooms have refrigerators and hot water kettle. There is an onset as well.
