"Staff are so helpful and attentive, the room are clean but smells cigarette smoke even the house keeping already sprayed, and the shower room is not properly sealed the water is keep leaking on the floor , there is no supply of box tissue , the hand wash soap container keep falling, the safety box is not working and no English instruction..The hotel are ok and just within Yedi Mavi where the Dental Clinic where I have my appointment is just walking distance ,it’s just need a proper maintenance...

"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"Good budget hotel near the ferry terminal and the airport shuttle bus."

"Had a great stay, clean room and nice cozy bed. Bathroom is clean with all amenities. Very Quiet spot if you trying to relax after long walks around the city. They won’t disturb you and make sure to clean your room while you away for you daily needs . Highly recommended"

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Very recommended at this price range"

"Excellent management! Staff was really helpful. Especially special thanks to Beethoven who was available every point of time when needed. Breakfast was awesome and well served. Location is best 5-10 mins walk from main Sultanahmet area. Perfect place for quick stay! Thank you!"

"The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The night staff welcomed us very politely, which we appreciated. However, in the morning, when I asked where I should return the keys, the staff member responded using hand gestures instead of speaking and did not make any eye contact. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional."
