"From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back"

"Check in instructions incomplete.were fixed with phone calls Area overcrowded too many highrise towers. Not much light at ground level. Area very unattractive "

"Big clean room, close to everything, pub and pokies inside the hotel as well, Dan Murphy is next door. The buffet breakfast is good value. "

"Nice place to stay; close to the Sun’s footy ground. Close to public transport to get you to Pacific Fair and Surfers etc. Small shopping centre just up the road - has takeaway options, servo, coffee shop, and 7 Eleven. Restaurant and bar onsite. On-site options of short course golf, mini golf, tennis etc. Rooms are a small size; mainly for one person; bathroom is extra small with no shelving for toiletries, but hardly an issue. Staff are lovely. "

"Great accommodation in the Kingscliff area, just out of town. The bed was so comfy, bathroom spacious and amenities lovely. Great communal kitchen on site. Our room was clean except for a dirty tea cup with water and teabag still in it under a clean tea cup. Maybe housekeeping should do a double check. I will definitely be staying back here as it was quiet and modern."
