Ok the old saying you get what you pay for. Room was a very good rate but room was very shoddy. As we were only staying one night looked past the faults. Room was very quiet, hot water good, shower pressure excellent, bed very comfortable. So for one night very happy with what we got. Everything you need as far as shops, clubs etc right on door step so didn't have to drive anywhere. Staff nice and helpful.

The staff were very obliging & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. An easy walk & ideally situated between Twin Towns Club & Club Tweed. For the item you forgot or coffee & cake Tweed Mall is just across the road. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

Clean room, and staff were good although very little interaction with them. Bed was comfortable and aircon quiet and effective. TV was a not user friendly and quite small. Overall our stay was pleasant enough.

The room was a bunker with no windows, only the sliding glass front door. Felt like a storeroom they put a bathroom and bed in. The decorating was terrible, the bench was not stable at one end and there was water all over the bathroom floor when I arrived. Staff were pleasant at checkin.

Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout.

Check was fairly quick and seamless although reception was all locked up at 3:00 on a Saturday. We received a complementary can of drink on arrival. The room was straight out of the early 80's and was fairly run down but would be a renovators delight. However, you get what you paid for and we only needed it for a place to sleep after going to a show at Twin Towns just up the road. They did allow us a bit of a late check out though.

Staff very courteous, room very dated, stains on ceiling, curtains filthy, outside area rampant with weeds and uncared for. Only exception was the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Very run down Shower dribbled out Handbasin chipped Blanket had cigarette holes Under bed dusty and grubby with tissues and old drink bottle Outside to get downstairs old mops hanging off stair rails and backyard untidy Only way to wash dishes was in handbasin Location handy to Tweed mall shops and clubs and eateries Lady in reception seemed very nice and friendly We only stayed 2 nights in interim waiting for our accomodation in Rainbow Beach to be vacated which incidently was only $30 pn dearer and wow …. No comparison

This motel is very run down. The paintwork on the doors was all scratched. The television didn't work. There was no dusky room device to clean or replenish the fridge. The owner seems to have rented out the motel rooms to old men who were sitting in the rooms with the doors open Clearly living at the motel. Could hear noise all night through thin walls. Just shockingly bad all round and expensive for the very poorly maintained property! I would never stay there again.
