"Clean and renovated hotel with thoughtful amenities, including onsite laundry, and pool access. Note that the water temperature in the shower fluctuates somewhat below hot (not satisfyingly warm, but not entirely tap cold), especially at peak hours"
"The customer service was excellent. The room was what we needed. The only problem was in the bathroom. It looked like towel holders may have been removed but there was mould coming through. The maintenance may not have been completed and was still work in progress. The staff are really lovely."

The only negative was the creaking floors (not a major) and the heat pump in the main room was quite loud so turned it off."

"Great location and a good accommodation option if you’re travelling on a budget. We had no issues with the staff, and it was family-friendly. The spa was also great.
However, it would be nice if the rooms had a fresher smell. The jug could also do with an upgrade, as the inside was quite old and, unfortunately, looked a little disgusting. Overall, a decent stay for the price."
