"This hotel is beautiful and decorated Victorian style. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. I’ve never had a breakfast included in the price of the room this good. Every thing is in walking distance. If I go to New Orleans again this is the place I will stay and recommend."

"The hotel was beautiful. One step off the property and you right on Burbon street. If you want some quiet don’t get the balcony get the room facing the pool. I had a great night sleep every night and I went during Halloween."

"Very nice! Will be returning!"

"This hotel is so comfortable and well maintained. Close to everything and it was and easy drive to the airport. Very convenient and easy find. The rooms are super accommodating and has premium features like a full kitchen and a smart tv with WiFi."

"No blackout curtains means you wake up with the son every morning. They also tried to charge me for something that happened an hour before I checked in. Then, when I sought clarity for the charge, the manager on duty blew me off and told me it was too bad. It has changed my perception of the quality of the Hilton brand."

"Great location. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff with free water and coffee a nice perk."

"Poor water pressure in shower"

"I definitely thought the hotel would have been better. The guy at the front desk was doing the best he could. The first thing I was disappointed about was that the website said they had an airport shuttle, which they do not. The front desk guy said they have been trying to get it taken off the website. Then when we got to our room, it smelled like mildew, the tv was not working, and the tub was full of rust. I called downstairs, but got no answer, so I went back downstairs only to find out...

"Old and outdated"

"Great location. No lotion in room"

"Stay was for several nights. Front desk staff was exceptional and more than helpful. Always with a smile. Room- Clean. Wifi- very good. Beds- comfy. Water hot with good pressure. Size- large and oodles of space. Location- walkable to everything. Overall, I would come back and stay."
