"It's a nice inn fairly close to the river in the French Quarter. There are lots of restaurants around and it has close access to Jackson Square, the steamboats, and lots of shopping. The place itself is a little awkwardly structured but the staff does a good job of showing you where to go. "bathrooms was so disappointing and the bath tube was peeling everywhere looked like a prison bath air conditioner barely worked and the t.c was broken . the pool was dirty and they wouldn't let no one use it cause they didn't have it open just a really bad stay ."

"We had a nice stay at the Hyatt House. Kristin at the front desk was wonderful! The room was a nice size, the bed comfy and the room amenities were perfect for our stay. The price per night was fair and everyone was friendly. If you have to use the parking garage I thought that price was pretty high, but we just used Lyft for our transportation needs."
