"The hotel staff service was efficient and excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were well kept. It is also convenient for shopping and local food tasting as Penang Road, Komtar and other shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance."

"Good breakfast and coffee, very friendly staff. A well kept clean spacious room, with a great sized bed, comfy pillows and excellent bedding. Quiet air conditioning and two ceiling fans. Powerful shower. Good location. I'm a light sleeper and would recommend earplugs as there is some road and mosque noise or from Majestic if an event is on. The atrium area is a lovely peaceful retreat, comfy seating."

"From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good. Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"

"يوجد مع الفندق مدرسة أطفال وضجة يومياً صباحاً كما ان السيارات تمر من باب الغرف ، المسبح صغير جداً ولا يوجد إلا مسبح واحد وليس كما هو مكتوب في مواقع الحجز ، الغرف كبيرة نسبياً ، خدمة الغرف سيئة جداً والتنظيف الغرف سيئ ، لا يوجد أي معلم سياحي جانب هذا الفندق ، لا أنصح بهذا الفندق"
