"Located close to train station. Metro and buses are across train station so one has to walk through thousands of people to reach exit (only inconvenience for two senior back packers with sore backs!). Hotel has great amenities and people are wonderful."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. And this hotel does have a bunch of amenities. There’s a whole convenience store located on the 4th floor. Overall our stay was pretty good. The only things that was bothersome was the size of the rooms. There’s practically zero space to store your luggage let alone move around. I wish I would’ve checked the size before we booked the room. "

"You can view laundromat status remotely through the TV in your room, which is pretty cool. Unfortunately, there are only 4 machines, one was out of order, and most loads take 90 minutes. Compound that with other guests and you’re going to have a tough time getting a slot. Other than that, the hotel is a very short walk from the subway, and is otherwise very nice! "

The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. "The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"We loved our hotel location. It was close walking distance to many small eating and drinking establishments. Our room was clean and small (which is understandable). Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to have our bags transported to our next hotel. "

"Location was prime for the price point. Literally right in the heart of city walk for easy access to the theme park and all the food and souvenir spots in the area. The room was also very roomy and well kept. Only gripe was that there were very limited closet spaces and basically no drawers to store clothes. Will definitely consider this hotel again for next visit to Universal Studios Japan when Donkey Kong Country opens."
