"Great location. Very close to Dotonbori. Lots of good restaurants around it. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was a bit loud during the night as it’s a very busy hotel so lots of people coming back from Dotonbori after a night out were pretty loud but would probably book again if we go back."

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

It is so close to a lot of transportation hubs, the dining options are endless, we were there for almost a week but didn’t even cover all of the dining and shopping options around this area. However, the room is a bit older and could use a bit of an upgrade. They also charged a fee to borrow iron. "

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! We had a gorgeous view and it’s insanely convenient to access USJ! If you have a family especially with younger kids this is the best place because you can rest in the middle of the day without missing much. The breakfast was tasty, we loved the crepe machine and fresh squeezed orange juice. We loved the robes, slippers, and PJS for provided. All the staff was so friendly and made our trip a delight.
