"Check in worked ok with instructions sent via WhatsApp. Room as per pictures although not “newly refurbished” as implied by the host. Very good location, close to Kings Cross station but the street noise was a problem and didn’t stop all night. I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first night we stayed. Kitchen facilities meant we could make breakfast but very small area to cook and dine for a family group. No washing up liquid provided. It was sufficient but we wouldn’t revisit."

"Brilliant for those who want a warm space to sleep, especially for those going to Islington Assembly Hall for Gigs! Walking distance from Kings Cross, St Pancras, Shopping, Camden, both Under and Over ground. Affordable, private, clean, even a little hob/oven and fridge freezer. Will definitely be my go to in the future! Also so lovely to be contacted to be asked what time I’ll be checking in. "The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."

"Very comfortable stay in a clean and spacious apartment. Had everything I needed and it was a perfect location for my visit. Could have done with some communication beforehand with my room number and access code rather than arriving with no idea how to get in and having to stand outside calling them. Particularly on an extremely hot day after a lot of travelling! Other than that it was ideal accommodation for my needs and even an excellent breakfast cafe across the road. "

"We stayed for one night in a double room as we were in town for the theatre. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Kings Cross and so was easy to get around on the various tube lines for what we needed. It was clean and modern, with very professional and friendly reception staff who were happy to store our luggage until check in time. Yes the room was very compact as per other reviews, however, it was clean and fresh and perfect for what we needed it for which was just somewhere to sleep overnight for a reasonable price - if we were staying for longer then we could have upgraded to a larger room, which were also available at the property. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a quick stopover in the City and would book again for this purpose. "
