"I really need to give 5 stars for the staff, the lady in the restaurant helped me when my blood pressure just dropped. They really took a good care of me, the front desk checked my pressure and helped me in my needs. About the hotel, it is a spacious room with a desk office, a sofa and a great closet. however at night I don’t know why the place was noise. It has a neat bathroom. Everything is new and smells great. Walkable to the restaurant and beautiful mall also a big supermarket at the back...

"Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

"Hotel with great location directly on the plaza with great rooftop terrace providing fantastic view of Teatro Amazonas. Hotel has 'collectables' everywhere including rooms, so it's a bit like visiting a grandmother's house with a mix of art, old cameras, books, relics, santos, furniture etc. from many decades. Some would call it like sleeping in an antique shop... others would be fascinated and call it 'eclectic'. If you want sleek and modern, this is not for you... if you like the idea of...

"This property had great rooms, large and lovely good size bed. Also the curtains were total blockout. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff service was good, but not much english speaking staff, but friendly all the same. Would recommend."
