I love this place!

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

Estadia bem agradável, quarto amplo, limpo e banheiro tbm. Café da manhã muito bom e produtos sempre renovados. Tive um incômodo com barulho no ar-condicionado do quarto ao lado que fazia barulho mas a recepção resolveram a questão.

Estava meio aflito após ler alguns comentários, mas resolvi arriscar. Fui com minha familia, conhecer a cidade. reservei dois quartos, um de casal e um triplo. Atendimento inicial tudo ok, ate pedi ao atendente um quarto confortável, pois havíamos passado a noite e a madrugada viajando ( chegamos no hotel as 3hs da madrugada). O quarto de casal, apartamento 101, esta precisando de um cuidado, que eu julgo facil de resolver, o banheiro nao tinha box, era uma cortina de plastico que n adiantava de nada, pois molhava o banheiro todo, a fechadura do quarto parece ter sido arrombada e dai foi trocada para uma fechadura comum com chave normal, mas estava toda com os parafusos folgados o que deu uma certa insegurança; outra coisa foi que precisa fazer dedetizacao, pois apareceram algumas daquelas baratinhas pequenas. Ar condicionado funcionando e o chuveiro nao esquenta direito, so em alguns horários. Já o segundo, o 409, foi tudo ok, tudo funcionando bem. Café da manhã repetitivo, mas tudo ok, condizente com o valor cobrado. Voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente e também recomendo, se voce nao for uma pessoa com muita frescura.

Os trabalhadores foram todos muito queridos, estão de parabens! O hotel em si tem alguns problemas, é mesmo bem simples, mas bem localizado, no centro. Falta um pouco de organização, quarto sem nada no frigobar, aspecto antigo e um tanto desgastado. Tem ar condicionado que funciona bem, bom cafe da manhã e chuveiro a gás. O essencial é atendido, tem que ir sem frescura.
