"A great budget hotel very close to the station - only thing missing was a bar to have a drink in at night "

"No good shopping nearby. Towels and toilet were smelly. Staff did not seem happy to help. We thought staying next to Nijo station would be convenient, but this wasn’t worth it considering the nearly 30 noisy ambulances that went by during our two day stay. Breakfast was ok. "

"The rooms are small, but the space is well organised and you have everything you need. Extremely clean! Good variety for breakfast. Toilet separate from bathroom, which is quite practical. "

"Excellent location especially with kids as they have a claw machine store right downstairs. Lots of food choices like takoyaki and the best ramen stall within steps and lots of shopping nearby with a Donki close too! Staff was helpful and accommodating! The only thing I did not like is that they only had 3 washing/drying machines and it was always being used, at least it has a QR code to inform you on your phone how long it has been running for. Room is quite small and tight though, hard to open...

"It is too small and a too simple room for the price we paid. There are large windows, but because of another building so close, you won’t get any light. No air conditioning in the room. Good location and very friendly staff, but it is like a cheap motel for a very high price. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Super comfortable western style beds and pillows. Rooms are small but beautifully designed. The breakfast is as great with lots of international choices. Close to gorgeous Japanese gardens."
