"The hotel is central, clean and quiet and the room was light and had the rare joy of a kettle. A couple of small gripes - It was very busy so I didn't get a requested iron and ironing board until it was too late and I needed to leave for my event crumpled which was frustrating. There is also no air con so the room was stuffy and hot, but noisy if the windows were opened. "

"very convenient for heathrow. Walkway from T4 is slightly awkward when landing at T5 as you need to change trains 2 x but overall better than needing a taxi. the room was tired- stain on the wall where something had spilled behind the table- my travelling companion says she saw mold in the shower and had allergy issues. The bed was clean and comfortable- the kettle did not work. Breakfast was plentiful and well run"

"Although room is super small which not fit if you come with large languages, I came for 2 short stays with backpack, fine for me. Good price, very clean, all staff are friendly, the mattress is very comfortable. There are many bus routes and underground stations within 10mins walk. Definitely will consider next time for short stay again. "

"Excellent value for money. We stayed here on our arrival into London the night before catching a train to Edinburgh (the hotel is literally opposite Kings Cross Station). Although small the rooms were clean, freshly decorated and well equipped. Staff are courteous and informative. Beds are comfortable. Room wasn’t too noisy. Would stay again. "

"Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."

"The room had a moldy smell. There was no toilet paper in room and they removed the half roll was there.(we couldn’t contact guest services so had to get it ourselves. Restaurants were all good and service and meals were great!"
