"The hotel is extremely old-fashioned, which isn’t the problem, the problem is it hasn’t been maintained very well. It’s in massive need of a refresh, in the rooms and in the common areas. My staff were nice and the room was fine but it was dusty and the carpet wasn’t hoovered very well. Also, the bedroom window frame must be older than me. So heavy and I couldn’t keep it open, it slammed shut when I tried. It took all my strength to open it . When I arrived I found the window propped open with...

"Excellent location and really comfy bed. The room has everything you need all in convenient places. Next to train station but just out of the way of street noise and staff are very helpful and friendly."

"Excellent value for money, very clean room"

"Room was clean, spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable. Paid £10 for secure onsite parking but had to ask security several times in the evening to put the barriers down! Breakfast was just okay. Food was tasty but lukewarm. Overall a great budget stay and would stay again."

"Excellent customer services at Check in and throughout the stay. Great location, 2 minute walk from strain station. Really effective sound proofing and amazing breakfast choices, really good veg option. Would recommend."

"Clean, friendly staff, easy access location"

"The premier suite needs the toilet seat fixing and a plumber needs to sort out the drainage as when the bath drains it back up into the shower tray in the bathroom."

"The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, nice warm welcome. This hotel is lovely, unfortunately the owners don’t appear to want to spend any money maintaining the building. The rooms are clean but cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, ceiling damaged and not repaired properly or repainted. The beds are comfortable and linen is spotless."

"El hotel no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras sin nadie del personal que ofrezca ayuda, no llega el wifi a ninguna habitación y la limpieza no es buena. Tuve que dejar el hotel porque tenía reuniones virtuales y no resolvieron lo del wifi. Cuando reclamé reembolso de las 3 noches que dejé pagadas no les importó. Terrible experiencia!"

"Very noisy room. I couldn't get to sleep. Ask to move at 1230am to quiet room but they couldn't move us. Breakfast poor too. Noise of traffic, police cars and drunken people."

"موقع الفندق ممتاز في نفس مبنى كليفلاند مول بالاضافه قربه من المطاعم الحلال والخدمات"

"Really lovely spot! The rooms are cozy and the food is delish! A little miscommunication with staff but it seems to have worked out okay!"

"Stayed for 2 nights in family room, location is superb as its a couple of hundred yards north of where the students drink making it very quiet a huge plus, staff very welcoming, rooms spotless and breakfast excellent, free parking was a bonus and not a problem, all in all a lovely stay ,highly recommend"
