"Didn't receive code to operate TV. Even with code the TV needs instructions. Would also be good to provide tissue not only toilet paper Free coffee in bar til 10 am, but no one tells you. Best place to be for Broadway shows. Absolutely will stay here again !"

"The ceiling of our bathroom started to leak water and bubble, leaking onto the toilet. Thankfully we were checking out as soon as heavy rain happened. The hotel room was super incredibly small for the price. It was practically a shoebox. The bathroom was incredibly small."

"It was a nice stay. Overall I’d come back but the third party shuttle service is not reliable and does not come consistently. So heads up on that."

"Amazing stay as always ! Just one feedback , please ensure extended stays are documented accordingly . My lady and I got woken up because the housekeeper was unaware our stay was extended until 6… then the house keeper informed me to call front desk and confirm. I always enjoy our stay , just had this one feedback"

"Great"

"Convenient, central location. They hold your luggage if you check out but don’t leave til later, as if your room isn’t ready yet at check in. My only complaint was the ac just couldn’t get cold enough so it was hard to get decent sleep. Everything else was good and the staff is very friendly."

"maged and jalal was very helpfull"

"Our arrival on Halloween saw front desk staff in delightful costume, fun, courteous and efficient. The grounds are beautiful, the facility and room clean and freshly decorated. Very pleasant café/ bar area with ample seating. Being close to a bus stop and having free parking was huge! Definitely would stay again."

"The man at the front desk should not be employed anywhere that involves human interaction. Rude and condescending."

"High price for nothing. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The LIC Hotel represented a great value for the price. While it wasn't in Manhattan, it's location was "metro-friendly," and the city was 30 minutes away by subway (Court stop on the F or E). The room was small but the bed and linen were comfortable."
