"My wife and I had an amazing time during our visit here! It’s conveniently right next to the gondola to take you to Lake Oeschinensee! We also loved using their private Sauna. The staff was very helpful and the room was amazing!"
"The hotel was very charming and well-located. However, there is no staff on site at all. You need to go to another hotel (3 minutes walk away) to speak to someone. Restaurant was supposed to be on site, but it was closed. Breakfast was to be served from 7-10:30 each morning but at 8, the food ran out and wasn’t going to be replenished (a large tour group apparently ate everything before the rest of us woke up). Room was beautiful and very cozy but the beds were really hard. Pillows were...
"Great location, right across from the train only a minute walk. There are lifts for your luggage. The breakfast was good. I made the reservation same day as I was going and there were no issues. I’ll stay here again for sure!"
"We stayed here for one night. This hotel is in Tasch town and right in front of train station. You need train from Tasch to Zermott to go see Matterhorn. This hotel location being in front of train station/parking lot is very convenient to go to Zermott town. The hotel also offers parking for CHF10 for guests less than the public parking which is for CHF 17. Room was clean and spacious with private patio/balcony. Breakfast so also good. Highly recommended."
"Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt!
We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus!
We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made...
"We did enjoy our stay. Everything was perfect: breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite, surroundings were beautiful."
"We finally found a hotel in Switzerland with air conditioning...it was very much needed after a long day of hiking. All of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in a lovely pedestrian only part of town surrounded by great restaurants, easy walk from the train station. We loved the view from our balcony. The honesty bar was an added bonus and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland. I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again."
