"We had a great stay - from the moment we checked in until we checked out. At check in, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff member at the desk. We were very pleased with our room - it was even more spacious than we expected and had great amenities. The rooms are a bit dated (style/decor wise) but were very clean which is the main thing! We were also very happy that the outdoor pool was nice and warm for winter. We would recommend Ripple for families and will be keen to stay again...

"Gorgeous view and location. Was unaware that the restaurant was closed due to flooding which was inconvenient as when we booked it said that the restaurant was still operational. Everything was a bit run down but clean and smelled great. Shower appeared to be a bit dirty around the edges and sink took a while to drain and toilet didn't flush well. The resort manager Clare was lovely. Loved the glow worms. Would've been nice to know that the restaurant and a huge majority of the bar area is...
