"The hotel has a modern/hip vibe, starting with the lobby which is centered around the bar that also serves as the check-in desk. This is where breakfast is served. The room was modern, well maintained and functional, but a little tight on space for 2-people with large suitcases. "Staff are helpful and kind, and the property is very aesthetically pleasing. Super location for getting into the city easily. Though keep in mind it's an old building so the windows don't fully open, there's no AC and the fan they provide does absolutely nothing to cool you down...so with the warm weather be prepared to bake."

"It was a lovely room and the staff were great. My only criticism I have is I paid for a room with view of the park-i didn't feel this was fulfilled. I could see one enclosure but otherwise it was of the outdoor seating area, the park entrance and all the work that was been done. I would have also thought that when checking in I would be asked if I wanted to visit the park as there was no option when booking to add a park visit. The food was great, the staff were super friendly."
