"We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom motel units for quick school holiday getaway. The room was very comfortable and clean. Kids loved the playground. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped but the pot and the pan were not in the best condition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future."
"Good location, only issue was we were in the bottom floor and we had people directly above us shifting furniture and walking around when there seemed to be plenty of other rooms they could have gone into"
"Motel.was clean and warm But needs a new fridge there was no storage in the fridge door so had to lay milk down witch leaked Need fly spray carnt leave windows open because of mozzies. Otherwise very good . Pool was excellent good temperature. New alterations have made it even better but needs somewhere to store your towels and clothes when it rains. Thanks."
"I had a fantastic stay at Te Aputa Lodge. It is truly a great property that offers a peaceful and comfortable getaway. Waking up to the nice sea view was a major highlight of the trip. Additionally, the entire place is perfectly well maintained, from the spotless rooms to the surrounding grounds. I would absolutely stay here again."
"I would recommend staying somewhere else. Bugs everywhere in the room, especially when it was night. I stayed in room 10 which sits in the sun all day. There are no blackout curtains for all the windows so the room gets very warm. The water from the sink tasted like dirt. But worst of all, The husband that runs the motel is a rude and impatient human being. Stay somewhere else."
"Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Room needed to be aired out. Pillow or something needed to be washed or replaced.... room smelled like a clothes rack of unwashed second hand clothing found on an op-shop. Price was very good and met my needs"
"I really liked the spa pool, in the lush gardens, just beautiful. The view on the front deck overlooking the sea, stunning. Great hosts, and a lovely breakfast. The hosts advised there was a market in town, which I really enjoyed.
