"This being our third visit to this hotel the rooms were quite good, our bed was tired, towels were worn, bathroom facilities were also tired, a good refurb would be the order of the day. It's a shame we only found out about the reduced breakfast price as well were checking out. We shall no doubt return, as this hotel is smack right where you want to be."

"The hotel is in a great location. Everything was withing 15minute walking distance. The optional (additional) breakfast was good. The layout is a bit confusing, and the stairs didn't help much. The bath tub was elevated so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to older people or anyone with knee problems. The showerhead was unadjustable. I had to shower closer to it all the time. "Breakfast was great, all 3 of our rooms booked had permanent issues with air conditioning and bathroom extraction where they did not work at all, so there was no air flow in the rooms and was hot all weekend. Maintenance came and reset the fusebox but it failed almost straight away after. We were supplied small fans but not great considering the hotel we thought we were booking. Other than that we had a lovely stay but feel slightly let down with the room circulation."

"A lovely stay. Staff were friendly and receptionist was very helpful and polite. Nice upgrade during our stay made it even more enjoyable. Room was abit dated with a few niggles that need to be updated but that did not affect our stay. Breakfast was buffet but we only realised on our last day that we could request how we wanted our eggs. Would be useful for staff to advise when seating.
